Renovating and creating a sustainable office building for TKH Security

The building has been given a beautiful high-quality entrance and has been furnished entirely according to TKH’s wishes. Sustainability and flexibility played an important role in the renovation. With a more spacious layout and more flex places, the tenant’s needs have been optimally met and a beautiful future-proof office has been created with 200 workstations. The new main entrance gives the building an attractive, more contemporary look. The building has been realized in accordance with climate class B and is certified with Energy Label A+.
